Archaeology of Star Wars

I still maintain the best writers are anthropologists and/or mythologists and/or archaeologists for they know the stories of man, are steep in the symbols and want to  know why society is drawn to common themes. It is this fleshing out that sucks a person into the massive bigger story, to live in that realm, devour the words, and breathe that air.

Later this week I will go over the monomyth idea with Joseph Campbell and how that works within stories to explain. In the meantime enjoy this great article

About jasterling

One part of my life is in the science of anthropology and archaeology where I did comparative work. My other life that I am now pursuing is writing along the lines of fantasy/sci fi fictional writing as my one way to stay sane in this other insane world. Please enjoy the selections you will find in my blog.
